Unqua PTA will be hosting their Annual Blood Drive on Wednesday, November 4th from 4:00-8:30 PM

The blood center is in critical need of blood. Each blood donation can save as many as 3 lives and our PTA Goal is to collect 40 Pints of Blood. To sign up for a time to donate use the link below.

**All PTA Members who donate blood at this drive will satisfy 1 of 2 volunteer requirements to help at Field Day! Donations at the Blood Center will count towards our goal, but not for Field Day. **

What a way to kick off kindness week, with a great assembly, " Cultivating Kindness, " speaker and author Richard E. Specht Jr., gave a wonderful presentation to our K-5 students. Richard also a former science teacher and co-founder of the ReeSpecht Life Foundation, shared his personal story of how kindness changed his family and the world in the wake of a terrible tragedy. The presentation left our students and staff with proof that small acts of kindness is a world changing superpower we all share. Our students and staff were given a "pay it forward" card, please take a few minutes and visit the website, students were so excited to receive their cards and to begin "paying it forward".
