The Mastic Volunteer Ambulance Company was proud to join Port Jefferson EMS, Shirley Community Ambulance and Central Islip-Hauppauge Ambulance in providing EMS coverage for South Country Ambulance while their members attended the Suffolk County REMSCO Awards Ceremony.

🏆 We would like to extend a special congratulations to our brothers and sisters at South Country Ambulance on receiving the prestigious Agency of the Year Award! We also congratulate several of their members who received individual awards in recognition of their dedication, outstanding service, and contributions to emergency medical services.

We would also like to congratulate all of the other EMS agencies, individual providers, and award recipients recognized by Suffolk County REMSCO. Your hard work, commitment, and dedication to providing exceptional emergency medical care throughout Suffolk County do not go unnoticed.

Today, the members of Mastic Volunteer Ambulance Company proudly recognize and thank the incredible Emergency Department Nurses who dedicate themselves to saving lives and caring for others every single day!

As EMS providers, we have the privilege of working alongside these extraordinary professionals. We witness firsthand their compassion, dedication, professionalism, and ability to provide exceptional care during some of life's most critical moments.

From the ambulance to the emergency room, we are all part of the same team, working toward the same goal — providing the very best care for our patients and community.

🚒🚑 Supporting Our Firefighters, Protecting Our Community!

Shortly after 7:00 AM this morning, Mastic Volunteer Ambulance Company responded to standby for the Mastic Fire Department at a residential structure fire on Woodcut Dr.

Alongside Shirley Community Ambulance and Mastic Beach Ambulance, our crews provided EMS coverage and firefighter rehab for the multiple fire departments operating on scene.

East Moriches Community Ambulance provided coverage at our headquarters, ensuring continued EMS protection for our community.

EMS operations were led by Chief Michael Ryan, with all units returning to service by 8:50 AM.

🤝 We are grateful for our neighboring EMS agencies and the strong partnerships that make mutual aid possible.

🚑🚒 Community, Teamwork & Fire Prevention! 🚒🚑

Today, the Mastic Volunteer Ambulance Company was excited to join our brothers and sisters at the Mastic Fire Department for their annual Open House & Fire Prevention Event at Mastic Fire Department Headquarters!

We were proud to participate alongside the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office, New York State Police, and numerous other community organizations who came together for a great day of public safety education, awareness, and community involvement.

❤️ One of the best parts of what we do is the incredible relationships we share with the agencies we work alongside each and every day. Whether we're responding to emergencies together or participating in community events like today's, the teamwork, friendship, and dedication between our organizations are what make our community so special.

A huge thank you to the Mastic Fire Department for inviting us to be part of today's festivities and for putting together another great event!

Mastic Volunteer Ambulance Company is once again proud to serve as an official **Suffolk County Early Voting location** for the 2026 General Election.

Early Voting will take place **Saturday, October 24 through Sunday, November 1, 2026** at our headquarters:

Our headquarters is one of Suffolk County’s designated Early Voting locations. Please refer to the attached Suffolk County Board of Elections flyer for the specific voting hours for each day.
