The Mayfield Fire Department had the opportunity to have a visit from Quest 1 from The Arc Lexington. They stopped by to show their appreciation for the incredible firefighters who dedicate their time, hard work, and courage to keeping the Mayfield community safe.

They brought along some cookies 🍪 as a small token of appreciation for everything the members do—not only during emergencies, but every day for the people in our fire district.

The group had a wonderful time getting a tour of the firehouse and thanked our members for their service.

The Mayfield Fire Department would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and all who had the privilege of serving alongside Larry Akey and Al Flint. They will be greatly missed but never forgotten and we appreciate the time they served in the Mayfield Fire Department.
