In celebration of Boss’s Day, the staff at Buffalo Trace Area Development District expressed our sincere appreciation for Executive Director, Kevin Cornette on Monday, October 19.

Kevin’s dedication to our team and commitment to the growth and success of the Buffalo Trace Region are evident in his leadership each day. He works diligently to ensure communities throughout our region have access to information, educational opportunities, and resources to explore potential projects and make informed decisions.

We are especially grateful for his encouragement and commitment to providing each team member with the resources and support needed to succeed in our roles. Kevin’s leadership strengthens our staff and the communities we serve.

"Meet Our Team!"

Meet: Emily Greenwell

Position: Workforce Program Specialist

Length of time at the ADD: Emily is one of the newest members to the BTADD/Kentucky Career Kentucky Career Center - TENCO. Start with us in July of 2026.

Job Description: Emily is primarily responsible for building relationships with local schools and implementing programming for youth. She is also responsible for developing relationships with all other community partners and representing BTADD/TENCO at community meetings.

Fun Facts about Emily:
• She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with my B.A. in Communication/Public Relations.

*Emily's favorite hobbies are going to country music concerts and traveling (especially to the beach)!
