❗️UPDATE: Agriculture Exemption (AE) Number Renewal❗️

Following today's meeting with the Kentucky Department of Revenue, we wanted to share that AE numbers can also be renewed using a paper copy application instead of the online portal. If you choose to do a paper copy, you do not have to do anything online in the portal, just simply fill the form out and mail it in.

We now have copies of the paper renewal application available at the Mason County Extension Office. Stop by to pick up a copy, or print one yourself using the link below.

If you currently use an Agricultural Exemption (AE) Number to make qualifying farm purchases without paying sales tax, your number is set to expire December 31, 2026, and will need to be renewed online.

If you need some help with the renewal process, we have these printed guides that walk you through the process step-by-step.
