๐Ÿ’š Today is World Mental Health Day.

Mental health is health.

Today is a reminder that caring for our mental well-being is just as important as caring for our physical health. Life can feel heavy, and many people are carrying more than others may realize. This is a good day to pause, check in with yourself, and extend that same care to the people around you.

Stand tall. Show your green. Let your story be seen.

Wear green. Start a conversation. Offer support. Ask for help if you need it. Every step we take to reduce stigma and encourage connection matters.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Feeling overwhelmed? Save this for when you need it. ๐Ÿ’š

Sometimes the best thing we can do in a stressful moment is bring ourselves back to what is happening right here, right now.

Grounding techniques can help redirect attention away from racing thoughts, stress, or emotional overload and back to the present moment.

You donโ€™t have to try every strategy.
You donโ€™t have to โ€œfixโ€ everything.
Just choose one thing that feels manageable and start there.

Take what you need, when you need it.

A breath.
A pause.
A familiar sound.
Something you can see, feel, or hold.
A few quiet minutes to reset.

Save this post, share it with someone who may need it, and come back to it anytime things feel a little too heavy.
