Congratulations to Firefighter Jacob Stephens on being named McComb Firefighter of the Year!

The McComb Exchange Club recently presented the Firefighter of the Year Award to Jacob Stephens, center. Stephens, a Kentucky native, moved to Mississippi two years ago. He became a certified firefighter in April 2025. ‘He’s a really good firefighter. He’s an example for the young guys to model themselves after,’ said McComb Fire Chief David Fischer, right. ‘I’m really honored for the award,’ Stephens said.
