Today marked the beginning of a Jury Trial Week at Henry County Superior Court!

The Clerk of Superior Court’s Office is honored to oversee the administration of jury service, and our dedicated jury team is always ready to serve our citizens, jurors, and the Court.

While our jury team proudly wore coordinating colors during jury selection, I must clarify that Madame Clerk and the Chief Deputy Clerk did not plan to match today, it was purely a coincidence! Sometimes great minds (and wardrobes) just think alike.

Thank you to our jury team for your service, commitment, and leadership as we kick off another busy week of jury trials.

The Henry County Clerk of Superior Court’s Office will be closed on Monday May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen Tuesday May 26, 2026 at 8:00 AM.

The Henry County Clerk of Superior Court’s Office was honored to sponsor a foursome for the 2026 Georgia Fallen Heroes Classic Golf Fundraiser on Friday April 24, 2026. All proceeds from this event were dedicated to supporting the Georgia Public Safety Memorial Fund, which honors and assists the families of fallen public safety heroes. We remain committed to recognizing their sacrifice and stand in support of those who serve our communities each day.
