🇺🇸 At the Henry County Veterans Support Group, the flags displayed at the front of our building serve as a year‑round tribute to **all veterans** and the **military branches of service**.

We recognize each branch during its birthday week by flying that branch’s flag along with the **POW/MIA (Prisoners of War / Missing in Action)** flag at the front entrance. This past week, we honored the United States Navy during its birthday on October 13.

On **Veterans Day** and **Memorial Day**, we display **all six military branch flags** along with the POW/MIA flag.
On other national observances — such as **Flag Day**, **July 4th**, and during **special events** hosted at our facility — we post **six United States flags** in the ground display, in addition to the U.S. flag that flies daily on the building.

These displays are more than decorations. They are a visible reminder of our commitment to honor every branch of service, recognize all veterans, and ensure their contributions are never forgotten.

21 September 2026 - A heartfelt thank you to Jillian from the Central GA EMC Foundation, who visited today to present their annual $3,000 donation to HCVSG.
