In just one year, Zada has already made an incredible impact on both our team and our community. Recently, she was presented with a Life Saving Award in recognition of her calm under pressure, professionalism, and extraordinary dedication to helping others during a critical emergency call.
Through clear, confident CPR instructions and compassionate guidance, Zada helped a caller take life-saving action before first responders arrived, and because of her efforts, a life was saved.
This award represents more than excellent job performance. It recognizes the unseen moments behind the headset where E911 Communications Officers become a lifeline for someone experiencing the worst moment of their life. Zada’s ability to stay composed, provide reassurance, and deliver potentially life-saving instructions is a true reflection of what this profession is all about.
We are incredibly proud of you, Zada, and grateful to have you as part of the Henry County E911 family. Congratulations on one amazing year and this well-deserved recognition! 💛👏

Big thanks to our bestie girl, Carla at Henry County Fire Rescue for hanging out at the today and helping spread the word about Logan’s Law with our bi-lingual community. 🏡✨
She spent the day connecting with people, answering questions, and making those conversations feel easy, welcoming, and real. This is exactly what community outreach should look like. We love teaming up with our public safety family and finding ways to make important resources more accessible for everyone. ❤️
