Congratulations to the Leadership Henry Class of 2026!

Last night was such a great evening celebrating this class and all they have accomplished this year.

Leadership Henry is more than just attending class days. It is about learning the ins and outs of Henry County, building relationships, and seeing firsthand how many people and organizations work together to keep our community moving forward.

This class has shown up, asked questions, made connections, and brought their own unique strengths to the table. That is what leadership is all about.

We hope each of you carries this experience with you, the lessons, the people, the conversations, and the reminder that strong communities are built by people who care enough to stay involved.

Congratulations again to the Leadership Henry Class of 2026. We cannot wait to see what you all continue to do for Henry County.

Ready to grow as a leader and make a bigger impact in our community? The Leadership Henry Program, through the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, is now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 class!

This program is designed to bring together emerging leaders, encourage the exchange of ideas, and provide a deeper understanding of the people, places, and issues shaping Henry County.

Leadership Henry visited the State Capitol yesterday for a day of learning, connection, and leadership development. We’re thankful for the opportunity and appreciative of the warm welcome and time shared with us. A valuable and insightful experience.

Health Care Day with the Henry Leadership class was such a great experience. We had the opportunity to visit Piedmont Henry, Kaiser Permanente, and Southern Grace Hospice, and gain insight into the incredible work being done across our community.

Each visit offered a different perspective on care, compassion, and service, and we’re grateful to the teams who took the time to share their knowledge and stories with us. Henry County is fortunate to have such dedicated health care partners.

Today was Nonprofit Day with Leadership Henry, and it was truly inspiring. A heartfelt thank you Henry County Water Authority for graciously hosting us. Your hospitality and commitment to our community are greatly appreciated.
Thank you as well to all of the incredible nonprofits who shared their missions and visions with us. Your dedication, passion, and service are what make Henry County stronger. We are grateful for the work you do every single day.

Leadership Henry Class of 2025–2026 – Education Day

Yesterday was all about learning, connection, and community! We kicked off the day at Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy, then visited Birch Creek Elementary, Academy for Advanced Studies (AAS), McDonough Middle School, and wrapped up at Southern Crescent Technical College.

From early education to advanced learning, we got an incredible inside look at the dedication and innovation happening across Henry County’s schools. It’s inspiring to see how educators, students, and community partners are shaping the future together.

The Leadership Henry Class of 2025–2026 spent the day focused on economic development with visits to the Atlanta Speedway Airport and Eco Industrial Park.
Thank you to our hosts and partners for showcasing how Henry County is growing through innovation, infrastructure, and strategic planning. Our class had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact of strong leadership and collaborative vision in shaping the future of our community.
