The goal: the closest available, clinically qualified ambulance, shorter waits, smoother discharges and transparent rules that reduce favoritism and strengthen anti-kickback safeguards. Every provider, including IMG, would follow the same standards.
Patients, hospital teams, EMS providers, compliance experts and technology partners: help shape the platform. AI would assess ideas against published patient-first criteria, with human clinical and compliance review guiding the final design.
