More than $1.1 billion in industrial investment has been permitted in McKinney since 2020, spanning advanced manufacturing, logistics, distribution and more.

With projects from LITEON Technology, Encore Wire, CapRock Partners, VanTrust Real Estate and others, this growth is bringing new investment, expanding McKinney’s employment base and creating opportunities across a range of industries.

Through the Neighborhood Heroes initiative, the McKinney Fire Department, McKinney
Police Department and community members are working together to bring AEDs closer to
those who need them most.
