Every Child Deserves Safety and Belonging

🌈 This Pride Month, we celebrate a simple truth: every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and accepted for who they are.

Research consistently shows that LGBTQ+ youth experience higher rates of bullying, abuse, family rejection, depression, and self-harm compared to their peers. Supportive adults and affirming communities can make a life-changing difference.

At Juliette's House, we believe every child deserves protection, healing, and the opportunity to thrive. When children know they are seen, heard, and accepted, they are more likely to reach out when they need help and more likely to find hope during difficult times.

This June, and every month, we stand with all children and families in creating communities where everyone belongs. 💙🌈

Thanks to Oregon’s elected Democratic leaders, these protections go into effect today.
