Southern Coachella Valley Community Services District The SCVCSD was formed by the voters/property owners on December 2,1985. The District has a five member Board of Directors that is elected by the voters.

Each member serves a four year term. There are no employees for the District. All operations (Administrative, Legal, Accounting, Law Enforcement, and Waste Disposal) are contracted by the District. The Board meets on the third Thursday of each month.
