Sixth Annual Halloween Festival
Presented by Mayor Lungo-Koehn & Medford Recreation

Located at Wright's Pond, this enchanting community event features beautifully carved pumpkins displayed both on land and floating across the water. Stroll along a lantern-lit path showcasing artwork created by Medford children as it guides you to the illuminated pumpkin display. After exploring the festivities, enjoy live music, seasonal treats, and delicious food available at the concession stands.

Food This year Boston Father & Son Co. will have Food and Beverage for purchase. Be sure to come with an appetite!

NEW THIS YEAR — Kids Costume Parade!

At 6:45 PM, all kids in attendance will line up and have the chance to show off their spooky, crazy, beautiful, creative, and funny costumes! Come cheer them on and enjoy our first-ever Kids Costume Parade!

Parking: Parking is available at Wright's Pond but space is limited. Overflow parking is available at City Hall along with transportation on the Medford Recreation Bus! Bus will run from the start of the event through 8:15pm

Join us for a not so spooky, sensory friendly Halloween party at Medford City Hall on October 31st from 12pm-2pm. Activities will be geared towards the developmental age group of 2-12 years old.

We will have Halloween games, arts & crafts, pizza and ice cream at the event.

This event is free and does not require registration.

Public Skate at LoConte Rink begins October 13th

This year, we will be charging a drop in fee of $5 for Adults and $2 for Children under the age of 18.

Skate Rentals will be $5

Open to residents and non-residents

There is still time to enroll in Intramural Futsal! Don't miss your chance to join this fun, fast-paced, afterschool program!

Get ready to kick, pass, and score! This fast-paced intramural futsal program is designed for students in grades 6–8 who want to stay active, build their soccer skills, and enjoy playing in a fun, team-focused environment. Players will practice dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, and teamwork through skills, drills, and small-sided games. No prior experience is required!
