Fire Prevention Week is about fire safety, but it’s also a chance to learn what it takes to be a volunteer firefighter. Nether Providence Township residents ages 18 or older are invited to find out firsthand during “Evening in the Life,” a three-night recruitment event on November 2, 4, and 5 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Each night focuses on a different aspect of firefighting, and you can attend one, two, or all three!

Alex’s service is something his family gets to be proud of, but it also means giving up time that could be spent with them. Your donation helps make that sacrifice count by sustaining the resources our volunteers need to serve our community.
