At the end of each year, we host a holiday card writing event, where we thank vols, donors, and community members for being amazing! We would love to add a cookie swap to this event, but would need some support from you guys! Similarly to our plant swap, we'd offer containers and a plethora of cookies for the community to snag for the holidays. Would you be interested in baking/donating to this OR just swinging by and packing up cookies for yourself or to share with a friend or a neighbor!? 🍪

Early voting has started. Have you made a plan to vote? Have you sent your absentee ballot in yet or have a plan to? Have you looked at the early voting schedule to see when you can best try to beat the long lines? Have you discussed with work about when you'll be taking time to vote on election day?
Check the early voting schedule below if you can't make it to the polls on election day November 3rd.

We are more than halfway through the month and more than halfway through our calendar! Help us get the remaining spots filled - and someone pick up the poor overlooked 10/14!

We're trying something a little different as a last push to help raise funds for Ben Fuchs for Judge! If you have kids or know people with them, you've probably seen these types of fundraisers on social media before.

Pick any square(s) (1 = $1, 2 = $2, etc) let us know in the comments which one(s) you choose, send us the donation to either our Venmo or through our website, and we'll mark them off! LET'S GET ALL THESE SQUARES CROSSED OFF BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH! 👻

UPDATE: Thanks to some generous donors, DEM is able to offer to MATCH EVERY PICK THE DATE DONATION! These donations will be DOUBLED for Ben Fuchs for Judge ! Let's go!!
