Good afternoon, Windham Township, Wyoming County residents (and Scottsville Road travelers)!!

Good news.....Scottsville Road construction is finished!!! The next phase is going to be oiling the entire Windham Township portion of Scottsville Road and that will take place on:

TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2026, the truck will be arriving at 8AM

Due to mishaps over the years of folks driving on the road before the oil had cured, we will be CLOSING the road completely until 4pm,, absolutely NO TRAFFIC for the day, allowing the oil to completely cure before it is traveled over.

Please plan accordingly and pass the word on to everyone you know who travels Scottsville Road on a regular basis!!! Thank you again, in advance, for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve your township roads!!!

Good afternoon, again, Windham Township, Wyoming County residents and everyone who travels across Scottsville Road!!

As of right now, tentatively scheduled, the rebuilding of Scottsville Road, from just above the bridge before Cemetery Road to the township line on the mountain, will be starting sometime next week (week of July 27th)! The road will be shut down completely to through traffic during the days while they work, (you will be able to access the residential area on the Laceyville end via Rt 3001) so please plan accordingly for travel if you utilize Scottsville Road during the week! As soon as I have a definite on the dates that construction will begin, I will be back to let you know!

Calcium HAS been applied (last Thursday) from 3001 to the bridge, once the rebuild is finished it will then be oiled from 3001 to the township line on the mountain!!

Have a great day!

We do not have the WNV in Wyoming County, but it's always good to be WNV aware, should you contract it outside of the county, or should it come into the county!
