Are you a creative problem solver or mission-driven professional looking to engage with emerging mobility, clean energy, and AI technologies?

We are building a talent pool for an upcoming Silver Vanguard cohort—a 1.5-year experiential learning opportunity to prepare individuals for high-impact careers in sustainable technology systems, intelligent logistics, and innovation-forward industries.

📌 We are especially interested in connecting with:

⚙️ Technical Warrant Officers with expertise in fleet management, transportation logistics, or sustainment operations

🛠️ Engineers with mechanical, electrical, or hydrogen systems backgrounds, especially those familiar with applied AI

🎓 Undergraduate STEM students with strong physics fundamentals and a passion for creative, hands-on problem solving

🧠 What to Expect (for selected candidates):

Tuition support

Monthly stipends and internship opportunities

Hands-on capstone projects in AI and hydrogen fuel technologies

Mentorship from experts in engineering, logistics, and technology leadership

🔁 While only six participants will be selected for full funding, additional candidates may be invited to participate via a cost-share model. Contributions beyond the core cohort will directly support nonprofit programs serving veterans in advanced technology sectors.

This is not a call for immediate applications but a preliminary effort to identify and connect with individuals aligned with the mission and values of the Silver Vanguard initiative.
