Why a Ukraine “no-fly zone” would mean the end of the world…literally With Russian bombers raining down destruction on Ukrainian cities, the call for establishing a “no-fly zone” over the country might at first seem like a no-brainer.

On behalf of the comrades here in Memphis, TN, we, the CPUSA-Memphis, express our condemnation of the Grand Jury in Missouri in its specious decision not to indict Darrell Wilson for shooting an unarmed, African-American teenager, Michael Brown. Too often, white assassins, either in the police force or in the name of "stand your ground," have been given cover by the argument that not enough evidence has convinced practically all-white juries to convict what has been an all too familiar pattern, the slaying of black, male youth in this country. In solidarity with the protestors in Ferguson, and all over the country, we say stand up and fight back!
