IMPORTANT UPDATE from CSA: We have heard your challenges with the online utility assistance application. To better support you, we are moving the utility assistance application process to in-person appointments starting in June. We will complete your application together in person, and you’ll leave your appointment knowing its status.
You can reserve an appointment by going online and finding a date and time on CSA’s LIHEAP booking calendar. The calendar will offer appointments two weeks ahead. To see all the available appointments this summer, make sure you click on the arrows < > shown under the date being viewed. By doing so, it will take you to the next month of availability. Don’t worry if you do not see open appointments – appointments will be released based on volume.
Visit www.shelbycountycsa.org and select “utility assistance” to book your appointment.
