The Shelby County Crime Victims & R**e Crisis Center is committed to serving individuals and families with compassion, support, and hope. We provide free and confidential 24-hour services for victims of sexual assault and violent crime, including crisis intervention, counseling, court accompaniment, advocacy, support groups, and prevention education.

Our mission is to ensure survivors are never alone while empowering our community through healing, awareness, and resources that promote safety and wellness for all.

➡️ Victims of stalking or sexual assault may qualify for an Order of Protection regardless of their relationship with the offender. For domestic abuse cases, the abuser must be a spouse, former partner, household member, dating/sexual partner, or relative.

➡️ Before filing, victims should have the offender’s full name and address. If the offender lives out of state, additional service fees may apply.

➡️ To get started:

1. Call The Shelby County Crime Victims & R**e Crisis Center at 901-222-3950 to speak with an advocate.
2. An advocate will discuss safety concerns, review the case, and determine eligibility for an Order of Protection.
