🌿 Wellness Wednesday at UCMJ! 🌿

A special thank you to Rachel with Herbal Allure for spending time with us today and providing an informative presentation on Scam Awareness. Our participants learned helpful tips on recognizing scams, protecting their personal information, and staying safe.

And of course, we couldn’t end Wellness Wednesday without a little movement! 🧘🏾‍♀️ We wrapped up the session with some gentle chair yoga and stretching.

Thank you, Rachel, for sharing your time, knowledge, and energy with our UCMJ family! 💚

🇺🇸 VETERAN SPOTLIGHT: MR. RICKY STEVENS 🇺🇸

Today, UCMJ Adult Day Activity Center is proud to recognize one of our faithful participants, Mr. Ricky Stevens.

Mr. Ricky entered military service in 1977 and later received an Honorable Discharge. His life journey has been filled with both challenges and transformation. After overcoming a difficult season involving substance use, Mr. Ricky made the life-changing decision to dedicate his life to Christ.

Today, his faith is at the center of who he is. He loves music, enjoys singing, and spends his time sharing the Gospel and encouraging those around him. His favorite book of the Bible is Proverbs, a reflection of his love for wisdom and God’s Word.

Mr. Ricky brings his faith, music, personality, and testimony with him every time he walks through our doors, and we are grateful to have him as part of the UCMJ family.

🇺🇸 Thank you for your service, Mr. Ricky Stevens. We honor you today! 🇺🇸
