Good news! Changes have been made to the law that decides who is allowed to vote and when.

We’ve worked for YEARS to change policies so more justice-impacted people can exercise their right to vote. 🗳️✨

And this year, we finally tackled one of the biggest barriers, the financial obstacles to restoring voting rights. 💪🏽💸

Pressure the Memphis City Council & Mayors to hold a public hearing about water impacts from Elon Musk's xAI!

XAl's proposed water reuse facility, intended to reduce strain on the Memphis Sand Aquifer, is on pause. There is conflicting information flying around - and the one xAl official that spoke to local media has been fired.

XAI Colossus 1 will use up to 5 million gallons of water from our aquifer everyday if the water reuse facility isn't built. Colossus 2 & 3 will also be major water users. We can't use our precious drinking water to cool supercomputers.

In February 2025, the community pushed for an amended land sale agreement that includes a buyback provision - and we need answers on the leverage we still have ASAP.

We're calling on Memphis Mayor Paul Young & County Mayor Lee Harris to work together and host a public hearing about the water facility and water impacts from xAl. We expect officials from xAl / SpaceX, MLGW, the Groundwater Board, and Chamber of Commerce to be in attendance and speak directly to the public.

Now is the time for transparency and public accountability!
