UA Rich Mountain is proud to celebrate former student Brianna Crowley, who has been named the 2026 National Student Teacher of the Year!

Brianna began her college journey at UA Rich Mountain before transferring to University of Arkansas Fayetteville to continue her education in Elementary Education. Today, she is earning national recognition for her dedication to the teaching profession!

She will be honored at the Association of Teacher Educators (ATE) Annual Meeting in February.

Brianna’s achievement is a wonderful example of what can happen when you start at UARM and keep reaching for your goals.

Hey, UARM students! You’re in the home stretch of midterms, and JLC & SSS are cheering you on!
Finish out the week strong by remembering to:

Stay hydrated — your brain needs fuel too!
Get plenty of rest — sleep is part of studying!
Keep studying — you’ve got this!
Grab a fidget toy from SSS — because sometimes you just need something to keep those stressful moments in check!

Take a deep breath, take it one assignment (or exam!) at a time, and remember: You’re capable, you’re prepared, and you’re almost there!

Good luck with midterms, UARM! JLC & SSS believe in YOU!

UARM SSS’s Poppy can be found in JLC this week to help our students take a break, relax, and de-stress during mid-terms. We’re pretty sure a few cuddles and wagging tails made those study breaks a whole lot better!

Thanks, Poppy, for making a stressful week a little brighter!
