Say hello to K-9 Bogey, a 21-month-old purebred German Shepherd imported from Germany! Bogey is certified as a dual-purpose K-9, trained in narcotics detection, tracking, and apprehension. Alongside his handler, Officer Bottoni, Bogey completed Canine Certification School and is ready to hit the streets to keep our community safe! 🚔

The Mequon-Thiensville Community Foundation is proud to have supported the Mequon Police Department’s purchase of K-9 Bogey, made possible through our contribution and a generous donation from an anonymous Mequon resident.

Come out to welcome Bogey to the team and celebrate this exciting addition to our community! 🎉
