All Merced County Community Action Agency offices will be closed on Friday, October 16th for a staff training. Our D Street Homeless Shelter will remain open to serve our shelter residents.

We will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, October, 29th to continue serving our community!❤️

We’re proud to share this donation drive organized by UC Merced SAAC to support individuals experiencing homelessness in our community through MCCAA’s Programs ❤️

From October 4–11, UC Merced is collecting gently used clothing, blankets, and canned/nonperishable food items.

📍 Donations can be dropped off in the UC Merced Commuter Lounge or during UC Merced Games.

🎟️ Special offer: Bring 10 donation items on October 9 and receive FREE admission to UC Merced Games!

Ber has always been known for his hard work, strong work ethic, and dedication to the team. He’s been a true team player and someone his coworkers could always count on. After three decades of giving his time and talents to MCCAA, we’re incredibly grateful for everything he has contributed over the years. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our Pasta Dinner and helped make it such a success!

A special shoutout to Joe Stefani and his team, all of our amazing volunteers, and the Merced Rotary Club, who came out to volunteer and lend a helping hand!

We also loved having Mayor Matthew Serratto and Councilmember Sarah Boyle stop by to show their support! We truly appreciate everyone who took the time to come out, lend a hand, and support the D Street Homeless Shelter.

It takes a community to make an impact, and we are so grateful for everyone who helped make this event possible! ❤️🍝

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has helped and will be helping for tonight’s pasta dinner!

We’ve been out in the community sharing information about our programs and services, connecting with local residents, and strengthening relationships with our amazing partner agencies. 🤝

From community events to outreach opportunities, we’re proud to be People Helping People Thrive throughout Merced and Mariposa Counties!
