Congratulations to Carly Alley of RIGGS Ambulance Service who was recently promoted to the Chief Operating Officer of SEMSA/RIGGS!
In the last 15 years of working at RIGGS, Carly has developed and honed the necessary skills to tackle the ever changing landscape of EMS, such as staffing and funding for EMS ambulance services providers and crews. She will be directly responsible for the daily operations, strategic planning, organizational processes, and collaboration with EMS leaders in our local communities as well as statewide.
