Mike Simpson claims he has the Trump endorsement. Let's be clear...HE DOES NOT. He is spreading fake propaganda. When asked about it, Simpson shouted down his constituent saying, "You don't have the right to ask a question."
When pressed further about the endorsement being on his own website he responds, "So what?"
Well, Mikey, the voter does have a right to ask a question. You see, guaranteed in the First Amendment is the right to petition the government for a redress of our grievances.
Your constituent...the very people you are supposed to represent, petitioned you and you shouted her down. Just incase you need a refresher, the right to petition, is “the right to present requests to the government without punishment or reprisal."
If Mike Simpson can't protect your 1st Amendment rights and is willingly and overtly a broker of false propaganda, then how can we expect him to protect our 2nd Amendment rights or any other rights?
