Okay… I finally had my first Raising Cane’s experience here in Idaho and I completely understand the hype now. 😂🔥

I’m officially addicted to the Cane’s Sauce. Like… I might need an intervention.

And I already know my order from here on out:

NO coleslaw.
EXTRA toast.
Extra Cane’s Sauce. 🙌

That Texas toast dipped in the sauce might honestly be the real star of the whole meal.

Who else orders it this way? And what’s the Raising Cane’s order I need to try next?

One of my all-time favorite taco experiences happened at a little taco stand next to a liquor store… because honestly, is there any other way to eat tacos? 😂🌮

Toros Tacos is no longer at this location, but this spot was iconic. The atmosphere, the food, the whole experience—it was one of those nights that just stuck with me.

So I had to bring this one back for you guys. Who remembers Toros Tacos at this spot?

Can you really make great ribs at home? Absolutely.

You don’t need a restaurant kitchen to pull off ribs that are smoky, tender, and packed with flavor. Start with good ingredients, support local when you can, and use the right heat source.

I used How Low Can You Slow rub for the flavor and Jealous Devil chunk charcoal to keep that steady, quality heat going. Put those together with a little patience, and you can turn out some seriously amazing ribs right in your own backyard.

Do NOT eat the tacos from Gabby’s Food Truck on Fairview and Five Mile. Seriously. Don’t do it.

Because then you’re going to start thinking about them later. You’re going to want another one. Then somehow you’ll find yourself driving down Fairview making excuses about why you “just happen to be in the area.”

The tacos are loaded, packed with flavor, and exactly the kind of food that creates a problem I really didn’t need in my life.

So yeah… definitely don’t eat these tacos.
