💡 Working Beyond Merrimac to Benefit Our Community! ⚡

Did you know that our Merrimac Light linemen perform streetlight maintenance in three neighboring communities: Haverhill, Salisbury, and Amesbury?

This work brings in additional revenue for Merrimac Light, helping us keep electric bills as low as possible while providing funding for special projects like Electrify Merrimac! 🔌

By putting our skills and resources to work beyond our own town, we’re creating additional value right here at home.

It’s another way Merrimac Light is working hard to keep our community powered and moving forward! ❤️⚡

Good stuff!! We are proud to be your power provider!

Public Power is more than keeping the lights on. It’s about powering the communities we call home. ⚡

From the power lines running through our neighborhoods to the crews working behind the scenes, public power utilities are there every day to provide safe, reliable, community-focused electric service.

There are nearly 2,000 public power utilities across the country, serving more than 55 million Americans in communities large and small.

This Public Power Week, NEPPA is proud to celebrate all of our public power utility members and the people who keep their communities powered.

Your Community. Your Utility. Your Power.
