Many of you know that I stepped back from public posting while these proceedings were ongoing because I did not want to say anything that could interfere with the legal process. Given the public nature of the recent agency action, I feel it is important to make a brief statement.

I disagree with the published findings regarding my fiduciary license and have sought court review. Because the matter is pending, I cannot responsibly discuss the underlying facts or evidence in a public forum, and I will not do so.

For those who know my work, you know how seriously I have always taken the duty to protect vulnerable clients and manage difficult situations with care. My intention is to address this through the legal process on a full and accurate record, not through public argument.

Thank you to those who have reached out with concern and support. I ask for patience while the court process moves forward.
