The case CPS has scooped me into was not about anything i had done or anything that my boys mom had done. She went to the court seeking help. They flipped it around on her and gave her daughter to the guy she left because he was very abusive to her. Then they gave her 4 year old daughter to him. This guy was not a part of Sophias life prior to this. Never paid child support for the entire 4 years she was alive. Then the court gives him full custody. He abused Brittany's daughter Sophia for a year. She tried to tell them. They accused her of making it up to get back at him. They treated her like the abuser from day 1. Brittanys Facebook from before they took her daughter from her shows how close they were and how good Brittany took care of her. She went to the court to ask for child support from the absent father and they took her baby away. Then 2 years later when my son is born they show up and take him. There was no investigation done on any claims of abuse. They had no reason to feel Greyson wasn't safe. I proved this in court numerous times. They didn't even know who i was until they showed up. Then you can read the visitation notes and look at the video footage i have. .li am gentle loving dad, i don't break the law, i own a business, i raised my oldest boy myself. I was there singing to her belly during the pregnancy and bonded with my boys before they were even born. I've never hurt a child in my life and these as****es put me on the list. They have neglected my boy and abused him to provoke me into doing something stupid so they can build a case against me. Throw me in jail. I have nothing less that 5 star reviews all over my work accounts online. Most of them say how honest and helpful and friendly i am. But yet for financial gain DCS been saying I'm hostile and aggressive, i can't control my emotions, They say i need every single service on their list. No joke. Every box is checked. Classes, meetings, urine samples, court dates, visits, counseling, and tell me i need to keep employed or i can't get my boys back. I OWN A BUSINESS! i am only going broke because I'm fighting a bunch of dirty lying cheating pieces of crap in a court with a paid for judge. I'm not kidding. The judge the prosecutor, DCS social workers, the parent aids, the foster parents are all in this together. They are RAILROADING me in court. The Judge doesn't even hide the bias she has against me. The prosecutor is on a witch hunt for me. Just look at the evidence she has filed against and look what order it was filed. It is clearly PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT. The Judge mutes me at every hearing. She is rude, she talks over me, She doesn't let me object, She has ruled against solid evidence over and over. She ignores all the evidence i filed of my son's injuries. I even showed the court that it says on DCS WEBSITE that anything the parents SAY or WRITE will be considered as evidence so regardless of mistakes on how to file it, it is still admissable evidence because as Greysons Dad i wrote all those papers. Hundreds of them. She ignores it all. They have the parent aids make up stories about us. And even after all this I just have boys back and to be left alone. I do not want to be at war. I want to be working my my business and buying toys for my 2 awesome little boys. When this is all over and the smoke has cleared let the record show that they were engaging me by kidnapping my boys. I have no intention for this nonsense. I pray that the day will still come that i can tuck my boys in at night and wake up early to feed and play. Zac was advanced when they took him. I worked with him everyday on his sounds and exercising his legs. I sing Zachary all the songs and play with him everyday. Because of what happened to Greyson i was sleeping on the floor by his crib every night. Zachary and i have a very strong bond and he loves me very much as. I do him. Zachary will be damaged from this jungle style kidnap and isolation. My boy wants to come home. Believe me we have him on a schedule, he gets a bath every single night. Greyson would go weeks without a bath. We had to clean him up with baby wipes Everytime we seen him. They tried to intentionally label Greyson autistic then said oops hit the wrong button. They gave him like 12-15 vaccines in one day. They let his head go flat and a very questionable dent on the other side of his head. He's had bruises over his entire body practically. He was being cared for as another chore around the house to make money with instead of being home and safe and cherished by his loving proud dad that gave him life. He has brothers and sisters and grand parents and uncles and cousins. We are a very capable and well liked family. I am a very capable teacher and provider and protector. I know that parenting is about using the perfect blend of love and discipline. They have nothing to teach me in these so called "services" DCS AND FOSTER CARE AND JUVENILE COURT have no business trying to tell me how to raise my boys. THEY are the ones who need LESSONS on keeping children safe. THEY Are personally responsible for the r**e, abuse, and murder of innocent children. They are responsible for countless suicides that go unreported. They are directly the cause of mental health issues in millions of people. They supply about 85% of the children being trafficked all over the world, they are guilty of lies, perjury, kidnapping, torture, Fabricating false narratives to get the approval of the public so no one realizes what they actually did and people assume that they must of had a reason. I can only imagine what this does to people that aren't to stable already. You know having your children abducted and dangled in front of you for 4 hours a week is worse than death. They have no intentions of returning them to you so it's just like a carrot on a string so they can get you to take all these very low grade classes that are meant to teach a kindergartener. Watching cartoons and drawing Indian dream catchers. I'm not kidding you. I have no time for this s**t while I'm trying to run my business. This is why i don't break the law. So i don't have to pay for my crimes. For them to wrap me and my 2 boys up into a case that was on a guy that abused his daughter for over a year and then act like I'm no better than this sicko. They just try to grab every child they get their hands on. How is this helping children?? I'm so frustrated i can hardly focus anymore. This is gone too far. They haven't even tried to hide what they are doing. They do it in broad daylight. This makes it appear that what they are doing is ok. Its not ok at all. Im not ok at all. They have me mistaken if they think they will get away Scott free on this.... I'm trying to keep my cool...
