Promoting literacy one book at a time.

After reading an article about the Little Free Library movement, I researched what the movement was about and fell in love with the idea of sharing books and promoting literacy. After requesting assistance for ideas for a Little Free Library from my father-in-law and I hadn’t heard from him in months thinking he was busy with his own wood crafts I thought I was on my own to try to figure out design plans. Then he surprised for my birthday with a built Little Free Library. I have been a steward for almost three years and loving it. I have met neighbors that I hadn’t in the years living in our neighborhood, nearby neighborhoods, and other stewards. I hope to be a steward for many years to come.
