On 11 July, TF Black Scorpion held a Change of Responsibility ceremony for our First Sergeant of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company. Congratulations to 1SG Jason Vetrano has he assumes the responsibilities for the training and welfare of the 2-363 TSBN!

This weekend we bid farewell to Lieutenant Col Kindall Johnson, and welcomed Lieutenant Col Justin Metcalf during a Change of Command Ceremony in Mesa, Arizona, with 5th Armored Brigade Commander, Colonel Doug Serie and Command Sergeant Major Deondre Long in attendance.
The Black Scorpion family would like to thank the Johnson Family for their support and dedication to duty over the last two years. We look forward to working with the Metcalf Family and welcome them to our family.

Led by the 12th Combat Air Base Squadron and cadres from U.S. Army TF Black Scorpion, 2-363rd Training Support Battalion, 12th ATF Airmen from Scott Air Force Base, Barksdale Air Force Base, Little Rock Air Force Base, and Joint Base Langley-Eustis conducted combat-focused training to ensure joint force maneuver in combat and mission readiness in the Great Power Competition .

Task Force Black Scorpion conducted Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) training at the gas chamber, which was put on by our very own Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC) Commander Capt. Miura- Akagi and CBRN Specialist Staff Sgt. Vega!

Today marks Master Sgt. Gumaer's final day with Task Force Black Scorpion. Over the past 10 months, he has been an invaluable asset to the team, serving as the S3 Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge. Prior to his time with Black Scorpion, he spent over 8 years contributing to the success of the mission. We are grateful to everyone who joined us in celebrating his service with Bahama Bucks. On behalf of Task Force Black Scorpion, we extend our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to Master Sgt. Gumaer as he moves on to his next assignment.

Congratulations to our very own First Lieutenant Kesatie, who was just promoted to Captain!!! His parents made the event extra special by participating in his ceremony by pinning him! The Black Scorpion family is very proud of Capt. Kesatie and look forward to his continued great work as our S4!
