Continuing to make progress on "development" on my 1.25 acre of land in Apache Junction, AZ...towards my Goal to build a new Ultra Energy Efficient AICF/NEMS home in mid 2018!! Now have my e-bike barn interior wiring, electrical boxes, switches, receptacles, insulation and plywood walls work-in-progress....slowly proceeding. The Storage Building is now FULL of my "stuff" (including "stuff" that will go into the e-bike barn, when it is finished..and moved to its permanent position, to the left of the Storage Building...

More at www.ERV1.com (And the EV's are available today as Used Cars, as well, so I got my 2013 Ford Focus, which was around $40K new, for only $11,973.00 with just 38, # # # miles). And because the electric drive systems are far simpler (only about 25 parts versus over 2,000 parts between a gas engine and its automatic transmission...so you can logically expect EVs to last much longer...and they do not even have all those "Regular Replacement Parts" that gas cars have. ..so it is indeed a much superior technology. Plus its right for the environment and no-one has to die in OIL WARS so you or I can buy gasoline...besides all the economic advantages.

We have now achieved some initial funding through The Living Earth Ecological Institute and are moving forward with our enclosed semi-recumbent electric tadpole tricycle project!!

We are a Licensed Partner of Edmond Krecké Founder of Isomax-Terrasol, (Insulation Maximization with Earth Solar energy management) & were just awarded the latest patent on March 24th of 2014!! Isn't that awesome!!

The important thing about our Natural Energy Management System (NEMS) technology is that by building a multiple layer structure that works with the energy systems, as opposed to a conventional home, which is just insulated, the building simply requires less energy to stay comfortably cool in summer & warm in winter...therefore a smaller solar array is needed, as well as less complexity in other components to achieve a better more balanced finished product.
