MesaMoves

The end of summer in Mesa does not mean a drastic reduction in daytime temperatures but there are precautions you can take before you go for a ride. This class taught by the MesaMoves Program will teach some tips and tricks to avoid the discomfort and dangers that come with bicycling in hot weather conditions as well as guidance on how to avoid the heat by safely riding while the sun is down. All pre-registered participants will leave the class with free safety gear!

In celebration of Bike to Work Day last month we hosted a t-shirt design contest and Bailey Vidler won with her incredible design. We are so excited for next year!

Get your bike ready to roll with this FREE fun, beginner-friendly intro to bicycle mechanics! MesaMoves will cover simple maintenance you can easily do at home to keep your ride happy and running smoothly. Topics include: basic bike anatomy, how to fix a flat tire, brake and shifter adjustments, and proper chain lubrication.
Bonus: All participants receive a FREE patch kit!
This session is a demonstration only, so please do NOT bring your bicycle to class.
