Job consits of demo of existing pool for pool expansion.
Dug the majority of the work area, will grade with a bobcat on Monday the 16th.

5th up and coming project. Removing the entire lot, trees, light poles, bollards, curb and gutter, all asphalt, and some of the fire lane. New building going up with new parking spaces and fire lane.

This will be our third upcoming client in Carrollton.
Job details for church expansion call for removal of 180 ft of curb and gutter,
70 feet of side walk, 5 posts, church sign, removal of 26' x 7' of 6" asphalt,
shrubs, and remove top layer of sod. Our tool of choice: Caterpillar 938 rubber tire
loader. Time of estimation to complete: 30 hours.

This was the work I did for my second client City Park Services at Vista Lake in Lewisville. Job details were to excavate 40,00 square feet of sod and dirt for installation
of concrete fire lane and head in parking spaces, and some concrete curb and gutter
side walk removal. Job called for 30 hours of work, we completed it in half the time
at 18 hours. Our choice of equipment we used was a john deere 450J bulldozer.

Start a new project tomorrow and Sunday...... 30,000 square feet of dirt 6" cut. Sounds like an easy project we will see. Ill post pics if I can.
