October is Health Literacy Month, and we're excited to celebrate all month long!

Your health journey is more than just doctors’ appointments; it’s also about finding the resources to help you take the best care of yourself, body AND mind! And the library is here to help you figure out where to start. Each week we will explore one of the many resources you can access through the library.

This week we are managing stress with a master class on Udemy. “Managing Stress and Building Resilience Masterclass” will help you decide what to do when life gets most stressful! Whether you are juggling work, family, friendships, or just trying to find inner calm, learning how to manage stress can make all the difference.

With this FREE online class, you will learn stress management, mindfulness, mental health, emotional intelligence, building confidence, healing, and more — all at your own pace. A healthier you might be just a click away!
