Thank you to everyone who came out to the annual Bike Rodeo! Every child received a prize and 15 bikes were given away! Thank you to the Meyersdale Borough Police Officers, Borough Council, Somerset County Commissioner Gerald Walker and Kim and the Meyersdale Masonic Lodge for making this special event possible!

The 2019 Bike Rodeo will be held tomorrow,
Saturday, June 8 at the Meyersdale Masonic Temple!
Registration begins at 9:30am. We will be giving away 16 bikes! Free refreshments!

The Meyersdale Borough Police Department will be offering free identification/DNA kids for children during the 2018 Somerset County Fair. Personnel will be offering these free safety kits from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday through Thursday in the Exhibit Hall behind the fair office. Plan to stop by!

The Meyersdale Borough Police Department and Mayor Michael Brant would like to thank all those who attended the 2018 Bike Rodeo! All attendees received a prize and nine lucky kiddos went home with a new bike! Thank you to the following organizations for making this event possible: Somerset County Commissioner Gerald Walker and Kim Walker, Galliker’s Dairy, Snyder's of Berlin, Meyersdale Borough, Meyersdale Area School District and State Representative Matthew Dowling.

Yay! The Bike Rodeo has begun!

Meyersdale Mayor Michael Brant and the Meyersdale Borough Police Department will be hosting a Bike Rodeo on Monday, August 6 from 3 to 5 p.m. The annual event will be held at the Meyersdale Area Elementary School parking lot, prior to an Outdoor Movie Night movie event being hosted by the Meyersdale Area Educational Boosters. At the conclusion of the event, a drawing will be held for a wide array of prizes, including eight bikes and various pieces sporting equipment. Correction on Meyersdale's Trick Or Treat time. Trick Or Treat will be from 3pm to 5pm on October 28th

Salisbury's Trick or Treat will be held October 27th from 6pm to 7 pm. Have a safe, and fun evening

Meyersdale Borough Police and Thomas Drug Store will be hosting The Drug Take Back Program on October 28th from 10am to 2pm at Thomas Drug Store. Bring all your unwanted or out dated prescriptions for safe disposal.
