After connecting with housing professionals at NCSHA 2026 and NACCED 2026 earlier this month, the eHousingPlus team is heading to the Texas Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies (TALHFA) annual conference to continue the conversations shaping the future of affordable housing.

We're excited to share that Sue Denihan will serve as a panelist for the session “Small Issuer, Big Lift: Making Single-Family MRBs Work for a Local HFC.” The discussion will explore the economics, workload, and decision points that determine whether a first deal becomes a program.

In honor of , our team members wore pink today in solidarity with breast cancer survivors, those currently undergoing treatment, and the families, friends, and caregivers supporting them every step of the way.

Whether in the office or working remotely, we came together to raise awareness, spread hope, and recognize the strength and resilience of everyone impacted by breast cancer. 🩷

Conference season continues! 🙌

Next week, members of the eHousingPlus and HDS Companies teams will be in Detroit for the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) Annual Conference & Showplace.

Paloma Miranda, Sue Denihan, and Elena Miranda will join Abdul Mondol, Eddy Alfonso, Anthony Caruso, and Christina Cayubit for a few busy days of reconnecting, learning, and talking about what comes next for affordable housing.

Later in the month, Sue Denihan will attend the TALHFA Annual Conference in Houston beginning October 27.

We look forward to seeing our partners and continuing the work behind our shared vision: Affordable Homes and Inclusive Communities for All.
