- Educating you and linking you with effective services

- Helping you obtain and maintain all possible benefits including Medicare, Medicaid, Food Stamps and Social Security benefits

To assure quality, a support plan will be developed with you detailing your history, current life situation, identified goals and needed services. Natural, generic and funded support and services will be accessed, implemented and monitored by your support coordinator. We strive to serve you to the highest standards!
