So, I no longer manage POD 22 as an indoor playground, but I do love indoor playgrounds and they are a fantastic solution for parents - everywhere. Last year while traveling in Madrid I enrolled my 4 YO in Mundo alopeke] . They offer day passes, class packs or monthly subscriptions. It’s a drop off play… kind of school on demand. Absolutely fabulous. This year I repeated and will continue to do so.
They are located right across from Retiro Park. They have a beautiful indoor play space and also take the kids for outings at the park. If you ever find yourself in Madrid and have a little one this place is amazing. Mundo alopeke] can give you a day’s rest so you can enjoy a long long long lunch or shop around, or it can give your kid a school-like environment for a longer period. Plus, it’s fully bilingual English and Spanish. This is not an advertisement, it’s a PSA because this place is truly great.

Motherhood isn’t perfect, but it sure is fun. We’ve all dealt with meltdowns- this one was on a train full of people 😂. So cheers to all of us ❤️ Happy Mother’s Day! 🌹

ANNOUNCEMENT! I am very pleased to announce that has purchased the play equipment and will be moving into the space effective immediately. I just handed over the keys 🔑 and I am beyond excited.
has been in operations in Miami for 10+ years! They are famous for their wonderful birthday parties and beautiful modern playgrounds.
The POD 22 brand has evolved into a company offering playground design, marketing communications, and business consulting services, which I will continue to run. The former POD 22 space will now become KuboPlay after some renovations in the coming months.
Please check them out for any future party needs. This is a perfect evolution and a more than perfect end for a fantastic project I started over 6 years ago.
