South Florida Police Host Annual 'National Night Out' All across South Florida Tuesday our local police departments will host their annual "National Night Out."

Our prayers go out to all the Policemen and women that are faced with riots and violent protest. RIP to all fallen officers and citizens in the past 36 hours of unnecessary violence.

A short snippet of the academy class of 59. These individuals have shown a vast amount of leadership skills and qualities. We wish all the graduates the best of luck on the new endeavors they will encounter as they proceed through the tough and greatest times of law enforcement exploring.

The post would like to take this time to wish every single mother and future mothers a Happy Mothers Day. All mothers go through the pain of brining new life and raising children into great women and men of tomorrow! But we would also like to take the time to recognize the mother of this post, Officer Jean-Baptist! She has been a blessing to the City of Miami Police Explorers program in every where possible. A thank you would not be enough to express the post gratitude!

Great Job to all the members that competed in the 2016 South Florida Police Explorer local competition/conference. It took 8 members from explorer post 162 to come together with passion, motivation, and heart to place 2nd overall in 2016!
