About Us

Office of New Americans of Miami Dade (ONA) is a countywide initiative to raise awareness about the importance of citizenship. Our mission is to empower immigrant residents eligible for naturalization to become more civically and economically engaged in our communities by facilitating access to the resources they need to attain US citizenship and prosper.

ONA is a public-private partnership between Miami-Dade County, Citi and the Florida Immigrant Coalition, to connect more eligible residents to free and low-cost opportunities to naturalize.
