Guided by instructor Annamargret Sanchez, I enjoyed an all-levels class in the beautiful Legion Park Community Center.

Today, we celebrated the start of Black History Month Riverside Center with a powerful performance by Trulia Johnson, insights from Kamila Pritchett, Executive Director of the Black Archives, and my reflections on the strength of Black history and the unity found in sharing our cultures.

Today was one for the books!
I completed the Lifetime Miami Half Marathon!!!! and have battle scars as proof! 🫤

I met incredible people, including Susan, who at 80 years young, showed me that age is just a number. 🙌

This was my 6th half marathon, and I’m looking forward to the next one!
