Witnessing my father’s battle with pancreatic cancer illuminated the critical need for improved senior care. That experience fueled my determination to make a difference. ⁣

Handling the billing for our clients and payroll for our caregivers is a job that requires an attention to detail and a high level of organization.⁣ ⁣ I have developed a tried and true system to ensure our clients are billed in a timely and efficient manner and most importantly are provided with an accurate accounting of the time the caregiver worked. ⁣ ⁣ If your family member invested in a Long Term Care policy, I have experience in navigating all the requirements. We are here to help you understand how it works, how to get started using it and maintaining a consistent relationship with them so there is no lapse in coverage or care. ⁣ ⁣ Our team understands that while caring for your family member is of the utmost importance to you, it is also a large financial undertaking so being transparent and trustworthy is where our agency can be counted on.

I can think of two key moments in my life that prepared me to love what I do. ⁣
⁣
First, coming to this country and having the responsibility of being my family’s interpreter as I was the only one who could speak a bit of English. And second, before I lost my father to Alzheimer’s almost 7 years ago, he told me, “when the time comes, you do what you think should be done, you have my blessing, because I trust you.” Both created a level of trust in me and all that I could do for others. ⁣
⁣
I believe in developing a relationship with the families and treating them as I would my own. Understanding their needs assists me with pairing them with their ideal aide. I pride myself in being available any time of the day - I am a phone call or text message away. I feel it’s important to meet face to face as we navigate our partnership. ⁣
⁣
I understand in the importance of providing a quality of life to our elders in their last years. ⁣
⁣
This truly has become my life mission. ⁣

As the newest member of the team, my main responsibility is to recruit high-quality caregivers. ⁣
⁣
Each caregiver goes through an extensive interview. I have a responsibility to ensure that they have up to date In-Services, including CPR, HIPAA, and OSHA as well as a current Background check. ⁣
⁣
I spend a great deal of time getting to know our caregivers - what locations they will work in, do they like pets, do they have experience with dementia patients, Parkinson’s…the list goes on and on. ⁣
⁣
When a caregiver is assigned to a client I know that they are well qualified and have been fully vetted. ⁣
⁣
