On October 13, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. CVS will be offering a flu shot clinic here at The Blakeslee Center. Walk ins are welcome but CVS would prefer that appointments are made by scanning the QR code on the flyer for insurance purposes. Along with Influenza shots there will be Pneumonia, Tdap, RSV and Shingles shots available.

October 13, 2026, we will be leaving at 9 a.m. to enjoy a Fall Day trip to the Amish Country. We will shop at Lehman's, Heini's Cheese Chalet and Hillcrest Orchard to name a few. Lunch will be at Dutch Valley Restaurant in Sugarcreek, Ohio. We do ask a $30 donation for the trip, which does not include any meals or incidentals. The Medicare Open Enrollment Period is fast approaching. Dates are October 15 through Dec. 7, 2026 for Medicare Open Enrollment. Let our OSHiiP (Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program) trained staff member help with Medicare education, plan comparisons and one on one counseling. Come to an open-door session on Wednesday October 21st from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Tuesday November 10th from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. or Thursday December 3rd from 12:30 – 2 p.m. Or call (740) 444-4935 to schedule an appointment.
