"They deserve to have a seat at the table." 🌳
Peace 4 Shore - Rachel Peace for Congress , our Democratic candidate for Congress in NJ-4, sat down with Jeremy Seideman, who is running for Middletown Township Committee, Seideman and Wallach for Township Committee to ask what inspired him to step up for our community.
Jeremy moved to Middletown a couple of years ago and found a fantastic town, but one that "wasn't really run for everybody here." He says entire parts of town have no voice on the committee, and he wants to change that with a committee that is accountable and transparent to everyone who lives here. Residents should be able to see why a decision was made and what the outcome will be.
Rachel said that's how she got into this too: "Instead of begging the government to do the right thing, you just step up and say, 'Hey, I'm gonna be the government,' because my community, my neighbors, my friends and family deserve real representation."

Nothing beats a fall Sunday at Middletown Day! 🍁

Shawn Wallach and Jeremy Seideman spent the afternoon at Croydon Hall taking in the festivities, from the live music and food trucks to the first responder vehicles.

Middletown Day shows what makes this town so special, and it's the same community spirit Shawn and Jeremy want to bring to the Middletown Township Committee.

The notorious mob boss bought the property in 1935 and redesigned the grounds to evoke his native Naples, even requesting a rock garden modeled on Mount Vesuvius. He fled to Italy in 1937 with investigators closing in, and the gardens fell into disrepair.
Monmouth County took over the property in 1977, and today it's a free public garden enjoyed by everyone. Have you visited? 🌹

This weekend, Peace 4 Shore - Rachel Peace for Congress , who is running for Congress in NJ-4, was out knocking doors in Middletown with Seideman and Wallach for Township Committee . They stopped to share one simple message: use your right to vote, and bring everyone you know with you.
